Dry throats, croaky voices, palpitations, brain freeze - it must be Stump Speeches time.

Each speaker draws a topic from the hat and must talk on that topic for all of 60 seconds.  Great fun all round!!

Ice Skating

 To get the Festive Season off to a good start, an ice skating activity was de rigeur!! So the Troop headed en masse - DART timetable in hand - over to the RDS to strut their stuff on the ice.

Gorge Walk

We tried a new activity yesterday - a gorge walk in the Shankhill River. Maybe 'walk' is not the right word as it involved wading, scrambling, jumping, some swimming and generally getting wet. A great turnout from the Troop on a chilly rainy day.
